The job
A remodeling contractor was gutting a bathroom in the Melbourne project area and needed the demo debris gone — old tile, drywall, a vanity, and busted fixtures — without a giant roll-off eating the whole driveway. The driveway was tight, and bathroom demo is deceptively heavy: tile and mortar reach a bin's weight limit long before they fill it, so an oversized box would have been wrong twice over.
We delivered a Skip Mini on our skip trailer, towed in by a standard pickup — so it tucked onto the tight driveway in a spot a roll-off truck could never reach. Its 3-yard size is built for exactly this kind of dense, heavy demo. The crew loaded it, we hauled it, and the driveway stayed usable through the rest of the remodel.
